AMEALCO MEXICAN KITCHEN fue una idea que manteníamos en mente, pensando en cómo podríamos contribuir a nuestra cultura. Fue así como comenzamos a desarrollar Amealco.

Somos una familia de 6 personas nacidas en Querétaro, con amigos que nos apoyaron y que han sido una parte fundamental de esta idea. Contamos con nuestro increíble Chef Octaviano, quienes creyeron en nosotros desde el principio.

Nuestro objetivo era mostrar la comida tradicional que nos representa, y junto con este restaurante, ser promotores de la cultura, apoyando a los artesanos y artistas de todo México, para compartir un poco de lo que somos y lo que seremos.

If you are looking for an authentic experience this is the place you need to visit, all the recipes make from scratch the Chef present all the dishes with this special touch. Great food, amazing service and a beautiful location. When you eat here you feel I’m Mexico we’ll done Amealco.

Amazing Experience, everything in here looks and tastes like REAL mexican food! The Partillada Mexicana was extremely good, and the horchata drink is so concentrated that you actually taste the horchata. I will definitely come back with my kids!

Real authentic Mexican food. Full of flavor. We set up this big dinner with family and friends and Amealco did not disappoint. Regardless of it being their first week of opening, they were professional, very welcoming and the food was delicious and authentic. The wait time for our food was a bit long, however taking into account that it is their first week in business and we decided to take a whole party, they did amazing. I know working in a restaurant and getting used to the Menu is challenging, mostly with a big crowd. Regardless, they managed to serve us all delicious meals and warm smiles. This is a great family restaurant, a MUST if you’re in the Gwinnett Area.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was very authentic, unique, and delicious. We ordered a mix of Taco's, Sopes, and flautas and everything was great. The fish and Cochinita pibil were certainly the highlights. The house made habanero salsa brought it to the next level.Deserts are also made fresh and presented beautifully.

Amazing food, authentic and unique to other restaurants. It’s truly one of a kind and I definitely recommend trying the tuétano with ezquites, the guacamole with Chapulines and other exciting choices
